Mr. Ramsay co-founded Care Capital in 2001. Previously, he was a private equity investor, initially with Morgan Stanley Capital Partners and then as a co-founder of the private equity business of Rhône Group.
Mr. Ramsay received an A.B. in Mathematics from Princeton University and an M.B.A. from Stanford University.
