I’m the Founder and CEO of BilingualHire, Inc., a bilingual staffing company (formerly RED Consulting Group LLP). Previously, I served as Commissioner on the Oregon Commission on Hispanic Affairs, Oregon State University President’s Board of Visitors, Oregon State University Chicano/Latino Alumni Association, Committee Administrator of the House Committee on Veterans & Emergency Services (Oregon) and as an Aide-de-Camp to an Army Major General and Brigadier General. I started my career out of college in the non-profit sector closing health care disparities in the Latino community.
Prior to returning to Portland, Oregon I served with the U.S. Army Human Resource Command, Casualty and Mortuary Affairs Operations Center, Joint Personal Effects Depot at Dover AFB in Delaware as the Plans/Training, Public Affairs and Protocol Officer.
As the Plans, Training, and Operations Officer (PTO), Public Affairs & Protocol Officer of the only Department of Defense (DoD) organization comprised of dedicated Army, Marines, Airmen, GS civilians and civilian contractors I execute on current and future plans, training and certification, standard operating procedures, SharePoint EIM, Public Affairs (jped.mil) and Protocol (distinguished visitors).
