David Mitzenmacher is Volusion’s Chief Customer Officer, responsible for customer loyalty, employee engagement and the overall Volusion experience. David provides executive leadership for the Customer Experience, Business Excellence and Human Resources teams at Volusion.
Prior to joining Volusion, David was the Director of Customer Experience at Rackspace Hosting where he was responsible for improving service delivery and the continued enhancement of the Rackspace customer experience.
