David Lipa is a vice president at EB Exchange Funds, a private equity firm that enables entrepreneurs to diversify by swapping stock. Prior to joining EBX, David worked at the private equity secondaries desk of Pantheon Ventures, where he valued portfolios of illiquid securities ranging from buyout partnership positions to top quartile venture funds. He previously worked for Hambrecht & Quist Asia Pacific in Manila, assisting with direct venture investing in the Asia Pacific region, and later for Hupomone Capital Partners in Shanghai. Originally from Silicon Valley, David graduated from Stanford University with a B.S. in Management Science & Engineering. His novel Limited Partnership, a book about technology culture and Stanford, is awaiting publication.
