David started distributing Cognos products (Powerhouse) in Israel in 1984, in Bina Computer Systems. In 1996, he started LiBi Software Technology Ltd to distribute Cognos BI. They are now the leading Israeli business partner of IBM for Cognos BI, FPM and AAF products, and the only local Certified Support Providers for IBM-Cognos BI in Israel.
