David Hoerster likes to consider himself a Common Sense Evangelist. He is currently the Co-Founder and CTO of BrainCredits.
David is the Sr. Director of Technology for Resources Global Professionals and was previously the Application Development Practice Director for CIBER. He has focused his career with architecting and developing solutions using the Microsoft .NET Framework.
David is a recovering financial analyst, where he worked for Lockheed Martin and Intel.
In his spare time, David is the President of the Pittsburgh .NET User Group and is a member of the Advisory Committee for the Pittsburgh Technology Council’s Information Systems Network.
