David Glazer

David Glazer is the Director of Engineering for Google’s data portability project, Friend Connect. Previously he co-founded Eloquent, Inc., and held the position of Chief Technology Officer. Prior to Eloquent, Mr. Glazer was a founder of Verity, Inc., a leading provider of enterprise knowledge retrieval solutions for corporate intranets, online publishers, OEMs and ISVs. During his tenure at Verity, Mr. Glazer led a wide variety of software development projects, including the design and implementation of Verity’s text indexing engine, database, and web server products. Prior to Verity, Mr. Glazer was with Lotus Development Corporation, where he was a principal in the development of Lotus Manuscript, the company’s high-end document editor.
