David Cull is the founder of CreatiVasc. After receiving his M.D. from Baylor College of Medicine and completing his vascular surgery fellowship at Eastern Virginia Medical School, Dr. Cull has worked extensively with vascular access surgery. He invented CreatiVasc’s hemoaccess device, and its success earned him a spot among the five finalists for the History Channel’s Innovation of the Year award in 2007.
