David Courtney, President, CFO and COO at Adify, was the head of Corporate Products and Services and the CFO of TiVo for the last 7 years. Courtney was also a member of the TiVo Board of Directors for the last 4 years. He was instrumental to TiVo’s growth and oversaw two of TiVo’s three operating divisions. Prior to TiVo, Courtney was a Managing Director at J.P. Morgan where he led the firm’s High Technology Group in the US. Prior to J.P. Morgan, he was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs, on the corporate development staff for GE and a consultant with the Boston Consulting Group. David Courtney has a BA from Dartmouth and an MBA from the Stanford Business School.
