David Brooks serves as the Chief Financial Officer & Vice President of Nyla Interactive, and also serves on its Board of Directors. Mr. Brooks graduated from California State University Long Beach, and has worked in the tax departments of Coopers & Lybrand, KPMG Peat Marwick and Ernst & Young for approximately ten years, before moving to the tax department of Moss Adams LLP for approximately two years. During his employment with these public accounting firms, Mr. Brooks’ duties were to provide tax consulting and compliance services to a wide variety of industries, including financial services, manufacturing and real estate. For the past six years, Mr. Brooks has been the proprietor of a bookkeeping and tax practice located in Orange County, California, providing bookkeeping, tax and business consulting services to small entrepreneurial business and individuals. Mr. Brooks has also been a Charter Member of the Business Forum.
