David is a technology evangelist, passionate about bringing ideas and innovation to life by enabling dialogue.
As an Enterprise Architect and has a rich background in and around secure large-scale distributed systems for organisations like Deutsche Bank and the UN.
He has written for Microsoft on distributed system design, AI research for Natural Language Processing & Machine Translation. Early on in his career he helped develop a mobile platform for managing parking fines. A core part of the product is now used by Lockheed Martin to manage parking violations across the whole of Australia.
He’s an active contributor & supporter of the Open-Source community on a range of projects including Symfony & an on-line game engine called ‘Legend of the Green Dragon’.
