Dave Shanley
Dave is the CTO and Chief Engineer of Buildabrand.
As an engineer, web software architect and entrepreneur, Dave Shanley has 11 years’ experience turning ideas into products. He has built products for clients across many different industries in addition to engineering and innovating his own.
Dave designs, architects, builds and implements web, mobile and desktop-based technologies and systems, with a focus on creative engineering. He is a gifted consultant who can turn others’ ideas into reality.
Dave has experience in every aspect of online engineering, from UX to SEO; Enterprise Java to Objective-C. He has built desktop applications, social networks, iPhone apps, enterprise content management systems and JavaScript libraries. He is also familiar with system administration, server- and client-side development and architecture. He has a strong passion for interactive experiences and blending physical interaction with electronic visualisation.
