Dave Samuel is Managing Director at Mosaic Venture Partners. Dave was President of Rogers Wave from its inception and led North America’s most aggressive rollout of high-speed Internet access over cable. Dave was also a consultant with McKinsey & Company and a Senior Executive with Torstar Corporation. Early in his career, Dave was an investment banker with Morgan Stanley & Co., where he executed various financial transactions.
