Darrius Thompson is the founder and CEO of OpenCandy.
Prior to OpenCandy he was a co-founder and executive at DivX. While at DivX, Thompson took responsibility for launching DivX, the codec, into the market as an open source project called OpenDivX, where he created apps like the DivX Player, Web Player, DivX Codec, Dr. DivX and the late high quality video website called Stage6.
