Prior to joining lat49 to lead the sales team, Darren spent six years as the Director of Business Development (North America) for Hcareers, the leading job board for the hospitality and restaurant industries. Darren grew his division from 1 to 16 sales professionals and grew revenues from under $200,000 to in excess of $5 million. His team became one of the biggest producing units in the company and consistently exceeded revenue targets, which ultimately lead to the acquisition of the company. Darren also developed a unique, highly profitable job board product that has set industry standards and is still in use by key customers such as The Waldorf-Astoria and Ritz Carlton.
