Dan is vice president of marketing for Intelliworks, a leading provider of relationship management software and services for higher education. Intelliworks works with a broad range of educational institutions to help market their programs, grow enrollment and drive tuition-based revenue. Dan is responsible for guiding all marketing efforts at Intelliworks, including product marketing, branding, market research and online interactive marketing.
Prior to joining Intelliworks, Dan worked in product marketing at Art Technology Group (ATG), a leading provider of e-commerce and customer interaction solutions. While at ATG he worked with leading e-commerce, travel and financial services companies to improve their online customer engagement and conversion. He has been interviewed several times by leading trade and national media outlets, including CRM Magazine, DMNews and The Washington Post, on the topic of CRM and online customer service.
Before joining ATG, he held program management and operations positions at PBS and Discover Communications respectively. He began his career at Boscobel Marketing Communications, a boutique marketing firm in the D.C. area, where he worked on accounts for The Steve Case Foundation, National Foundation for Credit Counseling and America’s Learning eXchange, a now defunct lifelong learning portal founded by the U.S. Department of Labor.
