Daniel Cooperman has served on our board of directors since August 2012. From 2010 to the present, Mr. Cooperman has been Of Counsel with Bingham McCutchen LLP, a law firm. From 2007 to 2009, Mr. Cooperman was the Senior Vice-President, General Counsel & Secretary of Apple Inc. and, before that time, he was the Senior Vice-President, General Counsel & Secretary of Oracle Corporation from 1997 to 2007. Mr. Cooperman is currently a Lecturer in Law at Stanford Law School and is a Fellow at the Arthur and Toni Rembe Rock Center for Corporate Governance at Stanford Law School and Graduate School of Business. He is also currently a strategic advisor to Institutional Venture Partners and several private technology companies. Mr. Cooperman was selected to serve on our board of directors because of his extensive knowledge and experience in the legal industry, his expertise in corporate leadership, governance and management practices and his experience with Internet and technology companies
