Dani Dudeck serves as MySpaceâ€™s Vice President of Global Corporate Communications. In this role, Dani oversees MySpaceâ€™s in-house communications team and global PR agencies, managing all external and internal PR strategy, media and analyst relations, and crisis communications. As the senior leader of the corporate communications team, Dani oversees all PR strategy on MySpace’s consumer, technology, product, and international initiatives as well as its corporate issues management.
Dani joined MySpace in 2006 as the companyâ€™s Director of Corporate Communications. In that time, Dani directed the communications strategy for company-wide initiatives including the launch of MySpace Music, MySpace Video, and MySpace Celebrity.
Dani led the companyâ€™s global communications staff on projects including the MySpace/ MTV Presidential Dialogues featuring Barack Obama and various international company launches such as MySpace China, Japan, India, and Korea.
Prior to joining MySpace, Dani worked for Edelman as a key member of its Digital Entertainment & Technology Practice division, pitching and managing the MySpace business globally on behalf of the agency. Prior to Edelman, Dani worked at Hill & Knowlton and Cohn & Wolfe, where she oversaw campaigns for brands including Toshiba, Yahoo!, Motorola, Hewlett Packard, Boost Mobile, and THQ.
Dani earned a dual Bachelor of Arts degree in PR and French language from the University of Southern California. She currently resides in Los Angeles.
