n addition to his most recent position as a Senior Research Engineer at RTI International, Mr.Stevenson has over 30 years of experience in networking research and development at Bell Labs, Bell Northern Research, MCNC, and RTI. He has been the principal investigator and project manager for numerous DOD-sponsored collaborative research efforts with academia and industry. Mr. Stevenson was the founder and CTO of Celotek, a successful start-up company that took information security research results he developed to the commercial marketplace. Mr. Stevenson has authored over 40 published papers and has given numerous conference presentations on research topics ranging from high-performance distributed computing to network security and optical networking.
