Dan served as CFO and then CEO and a Director of ImClone Systems Inc. Prior to ImClone, he held the position of Chief Financial Officer of Derby Cycle Corporation. He also served for 15 years in various financial capacities at Bristol-Myers Squibb Company, including Vice President positions for the U.S. Pharmaceuticals business, Worldwide Manufacturing operations, International Pharmaceuticals business, and the Worldwide Consumer Medicines business.
