Daniel Kraus has spent over two decades creating technologies for the Media, Internet, and Games segments. Currently Dan serves as the head of React Entertainment, a next-generation games studio focused on the development of interactive 2D animation games and technologies. Previously, Dan served as CEO of MyToons, a market-leading animation rights-management company focused on the aggregation, incubation, and distribution of digital content.
Prior to founding MyToons, Dan worked for a variety of startups, including Montréal-based Kaydara (acquired by AutoDesk in 2003). Dan previously held various positions at Microsoft, including Group Product for the company’s next-3 authoring platforms.
Presently, Dan serves on the advisory boards of several startup companies, and is a regular contributor to several trade publications. As the head of React Entertainment, Dan leads the company’s drive to develop premium tools enabling the transformation of classical 2D animation into an interactive media.
