Mr. Carr is a highly accomplished thought leader working ‘trenches up’ in software.

He has served as the CTO of a multinational commercial software company (named a top three innovator in Europe by a respected analyst group) and many on out research when asked describe Mr. Carr as dynamic and innovative, being very hands-on with advanced software engineering technologies, and being a proven leader focused on advanced Microsoft.NET implementations.
