Cindy McAdam is General Counsel of Bling Nation. In this role, McAdam is responsible for overseeing all legal matters for the company. Prior to joining Bling Nation, McAdam was the General Counsel for Postini, a leading provider of software-as-a-service email security solutions. She served as Postini’s chief legal advisor, counseling the company on corporate, commercial, privacy, intellectual property, employment and international maters. McAdam was also responsible for negotiating and closing the company’s acquisition by Google for over $625 million. Before Postini, McAdam was an attorney with Fenwick & West, where she counseled public companies regarding corporate and securities law, including public and private offerings of debt and equity and compliance with SEC and Nasdaq regulatory requirements. McAdam holds a JD degree from the University of Virginia and a bachelors of science degree, with honors, in business administration from the University of California at Berkeley.
