Craig Rutherford joined Rivet Software in November of 2009. As Rivet’s VP of Finance and Administration he is responsible for managing the company’s financial and administrative operations.
Craig’s experience in developing finance operations for technology start-ups as well as managing the financial, planning and analysis team for a $1B division of Microsoft Corporation will help to prepare the company for rapid growth and enable Rivet to realize its potential as an industry leader in XBRL and financial reporting.
Prior to joining Rivet, Mr. Rutherford held various finance positions with other software companies from Controller to VP of Finance and CFO. He holds B.S. degrees in Accounting and Business Administration from Illinois State University and an M.S. in Management from the University of Colorado-Denver. He is a licensed CPA in the state of Colorado.
