Craig Mundie

Craig Mundie is Chief Research and Strategy Officer at Microsoft Corporation. He has 39 years of experience in the computer industry, beginning as a developer of operating systems. Dr. Mundie co-founded and served as CEO of Alliant Computer Systems.

In April 2009, he was appointed to the President Obama’s Council of Advisors on Science and Technology (PCAST), a group of business, academic and nonprofit leaders that will counsel the Obama administration on science and technology policy.
