Courtney joined Spectrum as a Principal and Director of Investor Relations in 2007. Previously, she was a Managing Director at Merrill Lynch in the private equity fund placement group (2003 � 2007). Prior to that, she spent almost 10 years, first at Chase Manhattan and then Merrill Lynch, in investment banking and leveraged finance where she was responsible for companies in the media, communications and business services sectors. She spent over 7 years in London working specifically with European companies in these sectors.
