Courtney is the Principal of CareerEncore, a boutique search firm focused on the high-tech industry within the Greater Boston area. Her professional background includes over a decade of experience in the high-tech industry and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Prior to CareerEncore, Courtney was a founding member of a leading search firm’s Technology Division. During her tenure, Courtney grew the Division’s revenue 20 fold to $2.9M, while personally generating 25% of the Division revenue; a 30% increase over her peers.
