Born in 1980 in France, postgraduated in European and I.T. Law, Alexandra Combes is the founder and manager of Ultimate Circle, Brussels based partner for non-profit organizations willing to have E.U. presence.
After law studies in Paris and various student jobs, Alexandra Combes first came in Brussels in 2004 to assist Zuzana Roithova, Czech Member of the European Parliament, as for her position on software patent directive - later rejected by European Parliament in July 2005.
Legal adviser in Paris for one year in a petrol and gaz construction company, Alexandra Combes settled down as Belgian resident and independant professional in 2007. Successively board member and consultant for several organizations active on E.U. digital policies, she temporary worked as project manager on I.T. development before launching Ultimate Circle in early 2009.
