I have been in Social Media in numerous forms for years, I have always liked connecting with people our technology has just increased my connectivity. In my younger years I made connections with the old hand shake and business card, then along came myspace, facebook, linkedin, and things really got interesting. When I founded INTERFACE a few years back it was principally to help friends and associates utilize the tools I was using in my own on-line social world. The neat thing about life though, if you travel it with a open and respective mind as I do, life will keep things interesting (old Chinese curse I believe). INTERFACE started out as a management system, I had a staff of part time college gals and guys who understood facebook and youtube, and could post to my clients pages and create content that was engaging and informative. One thing led to another and I was running a full house marketing firm. Social Media is like that, it let’s you make connections with numerous people, follow them, communicate with them, and laugh with them. I was taught as a child that if you love what you do for a living it is not work, and I am loving it.
