Claire Diaz-Ortiz leads social innovation at Twitter, and has been named one of the 100 Most Creative People in Business by Fast Company. She is the author of several books, including "Twitter for Good: Change the World One Tweet at a Time."

She holds an MBA from Oxford University as a Social Foundation Skollar, and an MA and a BA from Stanford University. She co-founded Hope Runs, a non-profit organization in Kenya, and owns Do Well Media.

She enjoys advising start-ups and social enterprises.
