Chuck Davis has served as a member of Boingo’s board of directors since August 2011.
Mr. Davis was most recently Executive Vice President of Comcast Interactive Media and Chief Executive Officer of Fandango, a role he held since 2006. He served as Chairman of Fandango from 2006 until Fandango’s acquisition by Comcast in 2007.
From 1999 to 2005, Mr. Davis served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Shopzilla through its $525 million 2005 sale to E.W. Scripps Company.
Mr. Davis serves on the board of directors of Shop.org, The Teaching Company, the Young Presidents’ Organization and is also a trustee of the Brown University Corporation where he serves as vice chair of the Advancement Committee.
Mr. Davis holds a B.A. in urban studies from Brown University and an M.B.A. from Harvard University.
