Christoph Schröder has extensive life science executive experience stemming from his tenure at BASF Pharma, where he was a member of the Executive Board based in London and President of two corporate functions: Global Production/Supply Chain and Corporate Marketing. Prior to this Dr. Schröder was Head of Strategy/M&A and Managing Director for BASF Pharma operations in the UK and Ireland.
Subsequently, he joined JSB Partners, a life science specialized transatlantic investment banking firm, as a partner. In this capacity he successfully executed several private placements, M&A and licensing transactions on behalf of biotech clients, including Probiodrug/OSI, Cardion/Roche and Tibotec-Virco/Johnson & Johnson.
He currently represents TVM Capital on the boards of Biotie Therapies, Probiodrug AG and Riemser AG.
