Christine “Chris†L. Reilly is President of CIT Small Business Lending Corporation (SBL). She is responsible for overseeing an organization that has been recognized as one of the nation’s leading Small Business Association (SBA) lenders as well as a top SBA lender to women, veteran and minority entrepreneurs.

With more than 25 years of broad business experience in various operational and financial roles, Reilly began her career at Arthur Andersen LLP in New York before joining CIT in 1994. Since then she has held several key senior management positions including EVP of Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions, EVP & Chief Audit Executive, VP of Operations-Inventory Finance, and CFO of CIT Consumer Finance. She is a CPA and earned her MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
U. S. Banker selected her as one of 2008’s Top 25 Non-bank Women in Finance. She has also been honored by NJBiz as one of 2007’s Best 50 Women in Business. Reilly is active with several professional organizations including the National Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders, the National Small Business Association, the Committee of 200 and the Financial Women’s Association. She is also a Board Director for the Northern New Jersey Chapter of the American Red Cross, one of 12 designated strategic chapters in the U.S.
