Christie Griffin, Senior Web Editor for Cosmopolitan.com, is responsible for helping the #1 young women’s magazine succeed in the digital space. At just 25 years-old and a self-proclaimed “Gen-Y Cosmo girl to the core,” she led the content strategy planning for the first relaunch of the website in more than seven years (May 2007). Since the site’s relaunch, Cosmopolitan.com has enjoyed steady and promising growth in unique users, pageviews, and average time spent.
Griffin pursues a digital focus, but the young woman has an editorial background. After graduating from the Ernie Pyle School of Journalism at Indiana University, Griffin joined the CosmoGIRL! teen magazine staff in New York, and was later recruited to Cosmopolitan as an Associate Editor.
