“Christian Jacquemot leads the technology vision for VirtualLogix and ensures that the best technology is being developed for our customers. Before co-founding VirtualLogix, Mr. Jacquemot was a key member of the architect team in charge of the specification and development of Sun’s carrier-grade high-availability system software for leading telecom manufacturers. Mr. Jacquemot was a chief architect at Chorus Systems where he extended the Chorus communications-oriented micro-kernel technology with an object oriented middleware addressing the needs of telecom manufacturers. He promoted this middleware as an Object Management Group (OMG) standard (minimum and real-time CORBA). Prior to Chorus Systems, Mr. Jacquemot worked from 1985 to 1990 as a research engineer at France Telecom Research Labs on the development and application of synchronous languages.
