Mr. Walther became our Chief Legal Officer in November 2009. Prior to joining Activision Blizzard, Mr. Walther held a number of positions of increasing responsibility within the legal department of The Procter & Gamble Company from 1992 to 2009, including serving as General Counsel of Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa, General Counsel for Northeast Asia and, most recently, as General Counsel for Western Europe. Mr. Walther also led Procter & Gamble’s corporate and securities and M&A practices. Before joining Procter & Gamble, Mr. Walther served as a law clerk for Judge Harry W. Wellford of the United States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Walther holds a B.A. degree from Centre College and a J.D. degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law.
