Charlie Moore, Senior Vice President of Corporate Development for Ruckus Network. He is responsible for expanding the company’s network of partnerships and working with those partners to build an unsurpassed library of digital content and efficient distribution network for college students throughout the country. Charlie has successfully negotiated license agreements with all the major music labels and secured a comprehensive library of major motion pictures for Ruckus. He is a veteran of the digital music business, serving as VP of Business Development at RadioAMP, an early entrant in the online radio market, where he was in charge of sales and business development. Charlie has represented Ruckus and RadioAMP in Digital Media Association (DiMA) lobbying efforts in Washington, briefed Members of Congress on a variety of issues and testified before a House Judiciary Committee on “Copyrighted Webcast Programming on the Internet”. He holds an MBA from Babson College and a BA from Union College.
