Charles Pooley is a successful entrepreneur and a leader in the fields of information visualization and strategic design. He consults frequently on the creation of data-driven narratives and crafting memorable user experiences. Charles has a deep background in business intelligence and organizational behavior and has held executive positions as both Chief Information Officer and Chief Marketing Officer for public and private institutions. Over his career Charles has won numerous awards for his work and has built and sold several software applications. He has served as an Advisor for several companies and non-profit organizations including the Detroit Opera House.
In 2009, Charles founded Workfolio, a company that develops applications for professional visibility. In 2011 Charles conceived Trackrecord, an application for anyone to capture and share their career experience launching in 2012.
Charles attended military high school in Arizona and later taught organizational behavior and leadership as an officer in the Civil Air Patrol. Charles lives in New York city.
