A proven pioneer with more than two decades of experience leading innovative emerging technology companies, Celia Francis now sets the strategic direction for WeeWorldâ€™s continued growth as the most popular interactive avatar community.
Celia has developed and managed a plethora of first-to-market products focused on delivering original, well-designed consumer experiences. Prior to joining WeeWorld, Celia held a variety of leadership roles spanning industries such as consumer electronics, the Internet, media and wireless. Celia spearheaded the product development and marketing efforts for T-Mobile in the UK, first as Head of Product and then as VP of Marketing in Europe. Prior to T-Mobile, Celia served as a product development consultant and business development executive for IDEO, one of the worldâ€™s leading product design consultancies. Celia also served as VP of Marketing for Xtime, Director of Marketing for AltaVista and as Director of the Consumer Internet Division for Compaq.
Celia earned a Bachelor of Arts from Harvard University, as well as an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
