Cary is responsible for managing eHarmony’s legal affairs and governmental affairs. Before joining eHarmony, he spent ten years as Deputy General Counsel at Broadcom Corporation, a global leader in communications semiconductors. During his tenure, Broadcom completed dozens of strategic acquisitions, expanded to 18 countries and grew from an early stage public company to a member of the Fortune 500®. Prior to Broadcom, he was a partner at the Los Angeles-based law firm of Irell & Manella. Cary holds a J.D. from Stanford Law School and a B.A. in philosophy-economics from Columbia University.
