Caroline is a global senior executive, who has developed high-impact products, business strategies, and marketing/advertising programs for top technology companies. Caroline’s expertise lies in turning strategic and innovative initiatives into revenue generating initiatives, transforming marketing and sales, change management for high growth organizations and turn-around situations, building highly-effective global teams, and creating attractive and scalable products for the US and international markets.

Caroline is currently Vice President and General Manager of the Online Business for HP Software. She was formerly at Yahoo!, where she was Senior Director of Search and E-Commerce Products, with responsibility for the Yahoo! Search, Shopping, Homes, Autos, and Travel properties. Caroline also spent three years at IBM as a Senior Consultant in Supply Chain and Customer Relationship Management focused on clients in the high-tech, retail, and travel industries.

She holds a MS in Management Science and Engineering, and a BS in Computer Science, both from Stanford University.
