Pushing industry boundaries and operationalizing innovative ideas has been the common thread throughout Carolin’s 16 year-long business development and client services career. She saw opportunities in affordable interior design for young professionals at George Spencer (London), joined a ground-breaking wine start up called Oriel, worked with a bold innovator of New York real estate sales and marketing at AgencySacks and build a luxury business at HNW, a digital marketing agency.
