Carm established Lyman PR in early 2000. Today, the Lyman Public Relations & Marketing team includes 10 additional public relations professionals, each with specialized areas of expertise.
In addition to strategic input on company strategy and how communications can contribute to driving a companyâ€™s goals and objectives, Carm drives her team toward solid implementation and execution on all aspects of a company’s integrated communications efforts. This includes: public relations (both earned media and paid media); marketing; employee, community, investor relations and/or sales communications.
Carm’s focus is always thinking one step ahead and netting ongoing results. She has managed several national merger and acquisitions, and is a trained crisis management counselor.
