Having founded MobiComp in 2000, Carlos was decorated by the President of the Portuguese Republic Dr Jorge Sampaio in 2006, in recognition of his entrepreneurial work.
He holds a degree in Systems Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Minho, Portugal and post graduation in Advanced Enterprise Management for IT and Telcos from the Catholic University, Portugal.
