Mam-Mooth
Candy Chen Shuhui is a social media strategist. She is one of the Committee Members of Facebook Developer Garage London (FDGL) and a freelance Marketing Executive at Social clay.
Candy is currently responsible for driving the growth of Facebook Developer Garage London in the UK. In this role she works with the team to support and engage the UK’s most influential Internet professionals as well as further shaping FDGL’s strategic aims. Prior to this, Candy was Project Manager at iPlatform, the first Facebook Preferred Developer Consultant for the UK and Europe, where she managed the planning and execution of Facebook applications, and provided consultation to major brands such as Tesco, ITV, O2, Sport Relief, Jack Daniel’s, Sony, HP, The British Monarchy, and Facebook.
Shortly after graduation, Candy was sponsored by the Arts Council England to talk about Facebook, and managed to get herself published by Routledge, as well as working on research funded by the Arts and Humanities Research Council. She is also an Internet artist, having graduated from Goldsmiths, University of London with a degree in Fine Art and Critical Studies. She is originally from Singapore and currently lives and works in London, UK.
