Candice Watson

Candice Watson is currently the Director of Sales at IOS Health Systems, a company that develops & distributes a web-based health platform.

Prior to IOS, her career was largely focused in sales for large healthcare or information technology companies; the transition to Health Information Technology (HIT) was a natural evolution.

Notably, IOS has achieved 150% growth in 2009 and 300%+ growth in 2010 under the two-pronged growth approach that Candice implemented:

• Developing and managing a successful national distribution channel of Reseller and Partner organizations as well as Independent Sales Representatives.
• Developing and managing the internal sales strategy and infrastructure of full-time sales representatives.

Originally from Alabama, Candice is a competitive triathlete residing in Miami, FL. She has competed the past two years in the South Florida racing circuit and plans to race in several regional events in the 2012 Season, including at least one out-of-state Ironman 70.3
