Aziza has held management positions at Apple Inc., Business Objects (SAP), AppStream (Symantec), Decathlon and Microsoft. At Microsoft, he built the company's Data and Analytics Business. Over the
last 7 years, Aziza shipped over 10 products spanning across Analytics, Collaboration, Cloud & Social Media.
He has keynoted events in front of 5,000 people+ alongside Stephen Elop (Nokia’s CEO) & Jeff Raikes (Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation’s CEO).
He built one of the fastest growing channels in Data & Analytics. Tim O’Reilly, Malcolm Gladwell, Guy Kawasaki and Brian Solis loved his show. Many others joined, from Tesco to Foursquare to RunKeeper. Aziza appeared on The Economist, Freakonomics, Robert Scoble’s Scobleizer, TechCrunch, VentureBeat and Forbes.
He is the author of Drive Business Performance, a best-seller on "enabling a Culture of Intelligent Execution". He is a Fellow at the Advanced Performance Institute. Drs. Aziza also guest lectured at Stanford University in the US and the Cranfield School of Management in the UK. Aziza was educated in France, Germany, the UK and the US and completed Executive Education programs from Harvard Business School , the Kellogg School of Management and the MIT Sloan School of Management. He holds a Masters degree in Business and Economics and speaks French, German and English.
