Bruce is the Chief Financial Officer at Flybridge Capital Partners where he is responsible for managing the firm’s financial, operational, and administrative activities through partnership and management company accounting, financial reporting and analysis, tax and treasury, information systems and human resources.
Prior to joining the firm in May 2005, Bruce was the Chief Financial Officer for five years at Halpern, Denny & Co., a $600M private equity firm. Before that, Bruce was the Assistant Vice-President and Director of Tax for Pioneer Investment Management, Inc., an international investment firm, where he was responsible for all tax matters related to the firm’s funds and investment partnerships. Prior to joining Pioneer in 1995, he spent over 10 years in public accounting and private industry, most recently with Price Waterhouse’s Investment Management Practice.
