Prior to launching Conference Hound, Bruce co-founded SF Interactive, one of the original west coast interactive marketing services agencies. At SFI, he raised $10 million in private equity financing from William E. Simon & Sons. SFI was an award winning early mover
in online marketing. in 2000, "SF Interactive" was named the "fastest growing privately held company in the Bay Area" by the San Francisco Business Times.After selling SF Interactive in 2003, Bruce was president of Butler, Shine Stern & Partners before launching his consulting firm, Digital Axle.
Bruce is a recognized expert and speaker on digital media and communications and marketing organizations who has been hired by organizations including companies, ad agencies, colleges and trade associations (including the 4As) to consult on digital change management.
