Bruce Baumgart Bruce was formerly at the Internet Archive and he helped design, build and run petabyte clusters in California, Amsterdam and Egypt. Previously at IBM Almaden Research Center he managed clusters for the WebFountain project. Bruce was the founder and CEO of Softix for 10 years, a global ticketing software business. Bruce worked on mass document storage at Xerox PARC, mobile robotics with Yaskawa and he participated on a DARPA challenge robot vehicle with Team Overbot. Bruce received a PhD from Stanford University in Computer Science for work at the Stanford Artificial Intelligence Lab.
